Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

• Everett, WA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 5 days per week, day shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services in acute care settings, including ICUs, trauma, medical/tele, nephrology, oncology, surgery, ortho, and neuro units
• Conduct functional assessments and cognitive evaluations such as Pillbox Test, Allen Cognitive Level Screen, SLUMS, and CAM
• Develop and implement skilled interventions to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including COTAs, participating in daily rounds and patient progress meetings
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 patients, aiming to see 5-6 patients per shift

Required Qualifications
• BLS certification
• Current Washington state OT license or pending license accepted
• NBCOT certification
• At least 1 year of relevant acute care experience
• Ability to float between units if necessary

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with adult acute care patients with various medical conditions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
