Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care treatment and therapy to patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Current NBRC (RRT) certification
- Indiana RN license required
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care setting (18 months recent ICU experience preferred)
- Ability to float between multiple facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Perioperative/OR experience including Endoscopy, IR, PACU, Cath Lab, SDS
- Experience working in multiple hospital environments and quick adaptability
