Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit for critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns as necessary
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications
• Valid California RN license or pending license accepted
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience or willing to accept first-timers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Trauma ICU experience or similar critical care setting preferred
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system
• Flexibility to float between units if necessary
