Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Monticello, IN

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients in a short-term acute care facility
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and execute therapy interventions
• Document patient progress accurately using Cerner charting system
• Participate in occasional on-call duties and provide coverage for major holidays
• Float within scope to meet facility staffing needs as required

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Valid Indiana state license in hand
• BLS certification required
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts and additional on-call/holiday coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in acute care hospital settings
• Comfortable floating within scope as needed
• Local candidates accepted
