Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient's vital signs and respond to medical needs promptly.
• Utilize EKG skills for cardiac monitoring and assessments.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Float to various facilities across the health system as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Experience with remote monitoring or Tele units is required.
• Ability to work days, with flexible scheduling as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior charge nurse experience.
• Experience with telemetry and EKG interpretation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
