Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

• Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in an ICU setting, float between units as needed
• Maintain patient safety and comfort according to unit protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
• Assist in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Support unit staffing needs, including working weekends as required
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in California
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications current and maintained
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Comfortable floating between similar units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a hospital ICU environment
• Experience working in a float pool or similar adaptable staffing role
