Job Title

• X-ray/Radiologic Technologist

Location

• Asheville, NC

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, 4 shifts per week, evenings (2:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and CT exams in compliance with established protocols.
• Operate GE imaging equipment, including GE CT, GE X-Ray, and Bayer Med-Rad Injector.
• Ensure accurate imaging and patient safety while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adhere to hospital policies and unit-specific guidelines, including dress code and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
• May need to float to other departments such as the Emergency Department if required.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• Minimum of 2 years of radiologic technology experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to float within the department if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating GE imaging equipment and EMR systems such as Cerner RadNet and Phillips PACs.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
