Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists with dispensing medications and managing pharmacy operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support medication inquiries
- Ensure accurate medication preparation and labeling
- Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and confidentiality policies
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish speaking skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy procedures and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology
- Customer service background in healthcare or retail
