Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU/IMCU/PCU or Stepdown units.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
