Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to prescribed treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina.
• Experience in setting up therapy sessions and patient assessments.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Ability to work daytime hours consistently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in acute or outpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements for therapy providers.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
