• Full-time, days shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Comply with all licensing, safety, and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a clinical setting with setting therapy plans
• Ability to complete necessary documentation prior to assignment clearance
• Willingness to start with a temporary contract and transition to permanent placement immediately
• Equipment provided during interview

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and process
• Ability to work well in a team environment
