Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days (Monday – Friday), 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based rehab unit
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using the facility's electronic charting system
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float within scope to support various units or sister facilities as needed
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at start of contract
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in hospital outpatient settings
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule if needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
