Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Follow facility protocols and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Support residents with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Basic knowledge of EMR systems (PCC or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with diagnoses such as CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD.
- Experience managing patients with dysphagia, urinary retention, or wounds.

Note: Local rates apply within 80 miles or if utilizing facility-provided housing. No on-call or callback pay, and weekend/holiday rotations are every other week. Shifts are 12 hours, with rotations including days. Shift follow-along orientation is provided.
