Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temporary (travel assignment)
• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Will work every other weekend
• No on-call required
• Possible to float to similar units as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult critical care, including ICU, step-down, and general floor care in a high-acuity environment
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety standards
• Collaborate with medical team to deliver optimal patient care in a fast-paced setting
• Document patient care accurately using Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems
• Work efficiently within a team to handle emergency situations and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license in hand at start date
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of adult critical care experience
• NBRC credential preferred
• Experience with Epic and Cerner systems preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to work in high-pressure, critical care environments
• Willingness to work a flexible block schedule, pending approval
• Knowledge of radiation badge requirements not necessary

Additional Notes

• Hurricane season (June to November) may require emergency response duties
• RRT SC license must be obtained prior to start
• Local candidates are accepted on a case-by-case basis at a 10% lower bill rate
• 60-mile radius rule applies for travel considerations
