Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Simpson General Hospital.
• Support inpatient swing bed and outpatient rehab units, primarily focusing on swing bed patients.
• Conduct treatment sessions, typically involving 5 units per patient, often performing concurrent therapy.
• Document patient progress efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring productivity standards are met.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with concurrent therapy and document accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to handle fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-care documentation systems.
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards of 95-110%.
