• Full-time, days shift, hours per shift: 12 hours, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a flexible capacity, covering either Medical/Surgical or Emergency Room as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality consistent with healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Emergency Room Nurse.
• Current, valid licensure in good standing in California.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and CPR (mandatory).
• Will need to obtain TNCC certification within one year of hire.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and across various departments.
• Experience working in diverse healthcare environments.

Additional Notes
All nursing staff are required to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs.
Prior to start, candidates must complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training and provide a certificate of completion. For temporary staff, this training must be completed within 30 calendar days or 100 hours worked after hire, whichever comes first. This requirement is effective as of January 1, 2021.
