Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Beverly, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage complex medical equipment.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Float to additional hospital locations as needed to cover staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Ability to pass a skills test upon orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with critically ill patients in a hospital ICU setting.
• Comfortable with Relias online testing during onboarding.
• Flexibility to float to different facilities as needed.
