Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 3 days per week, contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatments as needed
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Be flexible to float to additional hospital locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Ability to pass a one-time skills assessment at orientation
- Open to floating to additional hospital facilities as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent experience working in a hospital setting within the past 6 months
- Experience with Relias testing or similar competency assessments
