Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Follow all clinical protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Medical Surgical experience, with at least 2+ years of clinical practice.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Must have recent experience on the Medical Surgical unit (no locals, separated from BILH for 6+ months).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar hospital setting.
- Familiarity with night shift workflows.
