Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Beverly, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week, contract guarantee of 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following hospital protocols
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
- Assist with patient transfers and floating to alternative facilities as needed
Required Qualifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Must pass a pass/fail test upon arrival at orientation (one attempt only)
- Ability to complete Relias testing during onboarding (up to 2 attempts) to prepare for onsite testing
- Open to floating to additional hospital locations as needed
- Recent employment within the last 6 months in a permanent role will disqualify
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working with Epic EMR system
