Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during all phases of OB care in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for accurate charting and documentation
- Assist with roles across various units as needed, demonstrating flexibility
- Support patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum processes following hospital protocols
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety, including qualifying in NRP
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or OB nursing
- Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Proficient in Epic EMR system
- Ability to work nights and adapt to shift rotations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Comfortable working with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
- Flexibility to support other units as needed
