Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location
• Beverly, MA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract with guaranteed hours, rotating 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal team to monitor and assess mother and fetus during prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages
• Assist in intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries
• Support neonatal care, including care for premature and critically ill newborns as needed
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in biweekly orientation to ensure quality standards and policies are maintained
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• 3-5+ years of relevant labor and delivery nursing experience
• Comfortable working in the Operating Room environment preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Current NRP certification
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with maternal-newborn care and intraoperative procedures
• Prior work in level II or higher neonatal care units
• Availability to commit to at least 6 months outside of BILH system
