- Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and monitor invasive lines such as PA lines and transvenous pacing.
- Assist with advanced cardiac support, including experience with mechanical circulatory support devices like IABP and Impella.
- Float between CCU and CVICU as needed, ensuring coverage for all critical cardiac cases.
- Follow all clinical protocols and ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts, active at the time of submission.
- Strong experience with PA lines, transvenous pacing, and cardiac patient management.
- CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certification.
- Prior experience in a CVICU or cardiac intensive care setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating or night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medical or surgical cardiac patients.
- Familiarity with mechanical circulatory support devices such as IABP and Impella.
- Ability to float between units seamlessly.

Additional Details
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local travelers accepted.
- Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays (excluding holidays).
- Guaranteed hours of 72 per biweekly pay period, excluding on-call time.
- Parking may be available at an additional cost.
