• Full-time, contract, night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), 12-hour shifts, nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in the ER setting during night shifts.
• Conduct and document assessments, interventions, and patient monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Complete required tests and assessments during onboarding, including ECG/telemetry and medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Must pass telemetry ECG test and medications test on the first day of orientation (no re-sit).
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS or ENPC preferred.
• Ability to start on the specified date with no time off around Christmas.
• Must be able to work night shifts; 12-hour shifts, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Pass the ECG/telemetry and medications tests during onboarding with a minimum score of 85%.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and emergency protocols.
