Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Administer treatments and medications in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, responding to changes promptly.
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR system.
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA Nursing License at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS or ENPC certification required.
- Strong clinical skills in emergency nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC and MAB certifications preferred.
- Experience working within Meditech EMR.
- Prior employment with Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last six months is not accepted.

Additional Notes

- No local travelers; candidate must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Guaranteed 72 hours per biweekly pay period, excluding on-call time.
