Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
- Float between medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units as needed.
- Adhere to patient care protocols, including IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety guidelines.
- Complete documentation accurately in EPIC electronic health record system.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- IV start and telemetry experience required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred.
- Experience with bladder scanners and ceiling lifts.
- Ability to float within scope to various units.
