Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (Monday-Friday, rotating day off, most needs are Monday-Thursday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within an acute care hospital
- Adhere to facility protocols and documentation standards using EPIC charting system
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety procedures
- Float within scope as needed to meet unit and facility requirements, within service line
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (pending license accepted)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong clinical skills and professional judgment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a 158-bed acute care hospital
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset

Note: No local radius restrictions beyond 75 miles, no on-call requirement, and guaranteed hours of 36-48 per week.
