- Full-time, Night shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within an acute care hospital setting
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs while documenting care using electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical best practices
- Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical unit is a plus
- Flexible and team-oriented approach to patient care
