Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, fluoroscopy, and portable exams across various hospital departments.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality imaging services in the OR, Emergency Department, and other areas.
- Ensure proper operation of imaging equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation within hospital electronic health records system.
- Cover a caseload of approximately 220 patients daily, with flexible start times.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiography.
- Illinois IEMA licensure.
- Proficiency with OR, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and emergency room procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of radiology or X-ray tech experience.
- Experience with hospital PACS systems such as Epic and Sectra.
- Familiarity with imaging in a short-term acute care setting.
