Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients following established care plans.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with patient lifting and transfers, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team as needed.
• Manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients, maintaining quality care standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Lifting and transfer skills required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Rehabilitation hospital experience.
• Prior travel therapy experience.
