Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, temporary assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Float between various units as needed based on skill sets and staffing requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in electronic health records
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or allows for multi-state licensure recognition
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work nights and adapt to float assignments across units
- Reliable transportation, as local travel between facilities is required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system
- Flexibility to float to different facilities within the region
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
