Registered Nurse
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend, holidays as needed, float required
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing psychiatric nursing care to adolescent, adult, and pediatric patients with diagnoses such as MDD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizo-effective disorder, and substance abuse
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Documenting patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and patient confidentiality
• Maintaining certification and adhering to facility policies during assignments

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, including charge nurse experience preferred
• BLS and STARR Certifications
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts with flexibility to float between facilities
• Pass/Fail EKG exam clearance (mandatory)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous psychiatric or mental health nursing experience
• Experience working with adolescent, adult, and pediatric populations
• Knowledge of administering and managing complex patient medications and diagnoses
