Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting.
- Respond to patient needs and monitor clinical conditions.
- Document care and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including floating to different units as needed.
- Maintain required certifications and licenses throughout assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Active AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Active South Carolina or multistate RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital-based RN experience.
- Ability to float to other units as required while demonstrating competency.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units.
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to facility needs.
