• Rotating shifts / Full-time, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the ICU for adult patients across multiple units.
• Float to different ICU locations and departments as needed, with department-specific orientation and training.
• Badge in and out at the facility and adhere to dress code in navy blue scrubs.
• Manage a patient load with a primary nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, with some 1:1 high-acuity cases and 1:3 for overflow.
• Complete all required orientation, including CLI computer-based training, EMR training, and department-specific skills assessment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Experience working in ICU settings.
• Ability to float between units/departments.
• Comfort with 12-hour rotating shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Sanford Health or similar large healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of ICU protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ability to adapt to different ICU units (CC2, CC3, CCW) and patient acuity levels.
