• Days, 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapeutic services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and activities designed to improve patients' functional abilities
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid credential as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• State licensure or certification for occupational therapy assistance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of therapy techniques and documentation standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
