- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, Days, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill adult patients on the Medical Surgical unit.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient monitoring and care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient status and care activities accurately in electronic health records.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Support specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing; ongoing professional development encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- Recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Recent Epic electronic health record experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with adult patients in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of perioperative care procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
