Job Title
• Respiratory Therapist – Traveler

Location

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Nights shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, including newborns, pediatrics, and adults
• Perform procedures such as ABGs and intubations accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality respiratory services
• Document patient assessments and treatment plans in the Meditech system
• Adhere to hospital policies, including patient safety and infection control protocols
• Work the night shift (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM), including four weekend shifts within the 4-week schedule

Required Qualifications
• Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
• BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience, preferably in a critical care environment
• Proficiency with equipment such as Puritan Bennett 840/980, Hamilton T1, V60
• Ability to demonstrate advanced skills and procedure experience in a hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Level 2 NICU and ICU environments
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus
