Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to medical surgical and telemetries patients with mixed acuity levels.
• Manage IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and tracheostomy care as needed.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Epic electronic medical record system experience.
• Valid RN license for Ohio.
• Skills in IV starts, telemetry, and tracheostomy management.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous travel nursing experience.
