Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Fairfield, IA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, nights (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
• Provide patient education and guidance, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of ancillary personnel to maintain high standards of care.
• Adhere to all professional nursing standards and organizational policies.
• Support a safe and compassionate environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred but not required.
