Job Title

• Travel assignment, 3 days per week, days shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting.
• Assist with cross-training efforts related to labor and delivery, as part of hospital coverage.
• Float to other units as needed, including delivery/maternity and general hospital units.
• Care for incarcerated patients at a public hospital setting, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Adapt to hospital's move towards an LDRP model by supporting various departmental needs during training periods.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• CPI certification or MAB accepted in lieu of CPI.
• Experience working with labor and delivery (L&D) units preferred.
• Willingness to float to different hospital units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
• Comfort working with the prison population within a hospital setting.
• Flexibility to support hospital training initiatives and cross-departmental coverage.
