LTC/SNF Registered Nurse
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Long Term Care / SNF

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 36 hours per week, contract or permanent
 
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care for long-term residents and patients.
 - Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and develop and follow individualized care plans.
 - Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families regarding care and progress.
 - Document all nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and resident responses accurately and promptly.
 - Respond to emergencies, including initiating CPR and other emergency procedures.
 - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local nursing regulations and standards.
 
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Montana.
 - Valid CPR certification.
 - Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
 - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
 
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medication management and resident monitoring in a senior care setting.
 - Knowledge of HIPAA laws and healthcare regulations.
 - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
 - Positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care.
