Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to clients under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
• Support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Valid license or registration as required by state regulations.
• Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols accurately.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult occupational therapy practices.
