Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Cambridge, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday (including Christmas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients on a 24-bed med/surg telemetry floor.
• Monitor and read cardiac monitors, interpreting patient data accurately.
• Care for patients arriving from emergency and cardiac procedural areas, including cath lab and EP lab procedures such as pacemakers, AICDs, Watchman devices, cardiac catheterizations, and TAVRs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and documentation standards in Epic electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Prior experience reading cardiac monitors and working in a telemetry setting.
• Epic EMR experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule.
• Must have been separated from the BILH system for at least 6 months to be eligible.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working on a cardiac telemetry floor.
• Familiarity with cardiac procedures such as cath labs and device placements.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in acute care settings.
