Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 8.5-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy
- Support the setup and organization of therapy sessions and equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient recovery
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Experience assisting in outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Knowledge of therapy equipment and safety protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or orthopedic therapy settings
- Bilingual abilities a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
