Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 4x10 Day shifts, assignment lengths of 13 or 26 weeks (clinician’s choice)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) services.
- Collaborate with medical teams to monitor and support cardiac procedures.
- Float within scope to other units such as EP or IRO as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately in the Epic electronic health record system.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including one day per week and approximately one Saturday per month.
Required Qualifications
- Current Alaska RN license (must be in hand for auto offer).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Willingness to float within scope to other specialized units if necessary.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP).
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
- Capable of working in a magnet hospital and trauma environment.
