Key Responsibilities

• Assist circulating nurses and surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room at all times.
• Support the surgical team with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Adhere to all applicable health care laws, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or training in surgical technology or related field.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and operating room protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call schedules.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working as a surgical technologist or in an operating room setting.
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and procedures.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
