Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to both adult and pediatric patients with a 50/50 caseload split
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 when applicable
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals across outpatient and acute care settings
- Complete assessments such as Modified Barium Swallow Studies (preferred but not required)
Required Qualifications
- KY State license (pending license accepted) or eligible for licensure
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work with both adult and pediatric populations
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies
- Familiarity with outpatient and acute care environments
