Full-time, nights, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients during night shifts.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to urgent situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety regulations, including Level I Trauma Center standards.
• Work up to 48 hours per shift as needed, including weekends.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience, including Level I Trauma experience.
• Valid driver’s license (must be included with submission).
• Strict adherence to NLC guidelines and compliance with all licensing requirements.
• Ability to work 48 hours shifts and flexibility for on-call as needed.
• Experience in a large hospital or trauma center setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Familiarity with short-term acute care environments.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
