- Full-time, night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to adult medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly according to hospital policies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and hospital standards to maintain a high level of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Previous experience in adult medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse adult patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
