Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients across all age groups.
• Manage diverse cases including trauma, medical emergencies, stroke, and cardiac events.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Support special care populations such as cancer, sepsis, and behavioral health patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER or relevant nursing experience.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Certification, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
• Experience working in STEMI and Stroke centers preferred.
• Ability to work nights, including holidays, with no-call requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a cath lab, women’s health, or stroke care units.
• Familiarity with caring for patient populations such as cancer, sepsis, or behavioral health.
